OUR MISSION

Golden Sweets exists to connect talented volunteer bakers across Naples with local nonprofits and eldercare organizations seeking free desserts for the people they serve. We believe that those who love to bake can make a meaningful difference through simple acts of kindness. By bringing together passionate bakers and community organizations, we help turn homemade treats into moments of celebration, comfort, and connection- one dessert at a time.

Nonprofits and eldercare businesses often do not have the extra funds to provide treats for meetings, events, fundraisers, birthdays, shelter celebrations, ESL classes, immigration clinics, refugee programs, and more. Golden Sweets helps fill that gap by matching these organizations with volunteer bakers who are happy to donate baked goods in-kind and in kindness.

When submitting a request, nonprofits may let us know about any dietary needs, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or other allergy-friendly options.

While we do our best to match each request with a baker who can accommodate these needs, all bakers are required to clearly list the ingredients used in their baked goods. This helps organizations safely share treats with the people they serve and ensures that everyone can enjoy something made with care.

We partner with a variety of nonprofits and community organizations such as any Eldercare to fulfill their baking needs for events, fundraisers, and outreach programs, ensuring that delicious healthy baked goods are accessible to all.

PASSIONATE BAKERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Our volunteer bakers (professional or beginner bakers) sign up to provide free baking treats to help nonprofits/ churches bring joy and sweetness to their communities without the worry of costs.
